Equal Pay Policy Statement

Stevenson College Edinburgh believes in equal opportunities in employment and is committed to the principle that procedures to determine pay and conditions of employment of all our staff do not discriminate unlawfully and are free from gender bias.

It is in the interest of the College to ensure that we have fair and just pay systems and that staff have confidence in the process of eliminating sex bias.  We acknowledge that equal pay between men and women is a legal right under both domestic and European law. We are committed to working with employee representatives to take action to ensure that we provide equal pay and have a fair and transparent reward system.
