BA Music Performance
|
This BA (Hons) Music Performance degree programmes has been designed in conjunction with the University of Abertay Dundee to equip the contemporary musician with the skills required to compete effectively within the Music Industry. Classical and Popular musicians will gain experience through individual and group classes. In addition to an emphasis on performance and composition, students will develop an awareness of digital music and its impact across a range of rapidly developing communication and media. Graduated may typically be employed as freelance musicians in the live music and recording industry; composing music for digital media; freelance composition and arranging; community music and teaching; music management; electronic entertainment and digital sound design. |

BA Professional Photography

The BA in Professional Photography will be taught at Stevenson and validated by University of Abertay, Dundee. This new advanced level course is designed to enable students with an HND qualification in Photography to produce images for a creative portfolio in a specialism of their choice. The emphasis throughout the course is to enable you to develop autonomy and self-direction in learning and to take personal ownership of the process of planning, production, and reviewing your own work experience and development in professional photography. Students can take advantage of the professional resources and equipment to facilitate their work and use the many links within the photographic profession formed by the College. |
