Once you have accepted your place at the College you will be sent further information about the induction programme, first few days and where you are expected to be. If you have not received this information before you are due to leave home please contact the International Centre. Information such as travelling to the College from your homestay has been included in the International Student Guide. You are advised to discuss with your homestay host the best way to get to the college. For the majority of students, the cheapest and easiest way will be to get a Lothian Bus.
The dedicated International Centre run an Induction programme for all new International students, normally the week before the start of term. It is important that you attend this induction as we will provide you with vital information including a tour of the College and Edinburgh city centre, information on opening a bank account, police registration (if required), English language testing (if required) and an opportunity to ask questions about both your course, and life in the College and Edinburgh. You will also have to pay the final instalment of your tuition fee when you arrive at the College.
