Nigeria

Stevenson College Edinburgh welcomes over 1000 international students every year from countries all over the world.  Students from Nigeria who have finished their WAEC, usually have to complete a foundation programme for entry into a UK university.  Therefore, the general foundation programmes at SCE are very popular amongst Nigerian students since they can lead to any UK university.

"I am studying a range of science based subjects on the University Foundation Programme, which I started in September.  This is my second year at Stevenson, before coming onto Foundation, I was studying an Access to Computing course.  I have found the lecturers at the College to be helpful and approachable.  There are staff from all over the UK teaching at the College who bring different experiences to the programme.  When I finish my foundation programme, I hope to go to the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen to study pharmacy."
