Course Dates and Tuition Fees

If you are a non-EU citizen and do not meet UK residency requirements, these fees may apply to you. To check your fee status, please refer to UKCISA's fee information.

If you are a citizen of an EU member state, you are considered to be a home student. Please contact the Student Advice Centre for general fee information and how to apply.  There is a different fee structure for summer school students.

Payment of Tuition Fees

To accept an offer of a place at the College, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit (see refund information below). The balance of your course fee is due before you start your classes. You can pay in cash, by sterling cheque drawn on a British bank, by bankers draft or by credit card - Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.

Tuition fee includes:

  • Airport pick up service on arrival
  • Induction programme (college/city orientation) 
  • Accommodation placement, if required 
  • English language support, if required 
  • Library facilities including internet and email access 
  • SQA exam registration fee
  • Course material (excluding textbooks)

Payment of Deposit
If you have received a Conditional Offer for your study place, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your place. 

To make payment, please complete and return the Course Acceptance form to the International Centre. If you are not paying the deposit yourself, please make sure that the name and address of your sponsor is written on the Course Acceptance form.

Payment of Balance of Tuition Fee
You should pay the balance of the course fee in full when you register at the College. 

Refunds
The deposit is only refundable in the event that a visa application has been made and the visa refused. You must send to the International Centre the Notice of Immigration Decision from the UK Border Agency outlining the refusal of entry clearance. The deposit contains a £50 administration fee which is non-refundable. Refunds will be made by cheque or bank draft only to the person who made payment.
