Funding Information

The following information will assist you with your enrolment. Please take time to read this and bring the required documentation (as specified in your offer letter) with you when you come to enrol.

Self Financing

If you are required to pay for the course fees, please ensure you bring payment with you for the first class, unless otherwise instructed. Cash, Cheque, Debit/Credit card are all accepted, with the exception of American Express.

Employer Funded

If your employer is paying for your course (partially or fully), we need a letter from them on company headed paper. This should confirm that they will accept the full course costs or state the specific amount that they will pay.

The invoicing address must be clearly visible on this letter. As a result we cannot accept signed emails as confirmation. For legal reasons we must have your employers confirmation that they will pay all/part of your course costs before we can invoice them.

Individual Learning Account

If you are considering paying for your course costs using an Individual Learning Account (ILA), you need to ensure that your account has been completely activated before the start date of the course.

Evidence of this will be receipt of the letter containing your learner details. Your ILA is only valid between specific dates; these dates are only found on your letter or the ILA statement of account.

In order for you to enrol on your course you need to have your enrolment form, any payment required and one of the following documents:

  • ILA letter confirming Learner Year details
  • ILA statement of account
