Course Overview
APPLY NOWSVQ/NVQs are work-based qualifications designed to assess the level of managerial competence required by managers in their particular sector. Specifically they assess the skills and knowledge people have to perform their job role effectively at the junior or middle management levels. We offer SVQ/NVQs in Leadership and Management at Levels 3 and 4 and either is suitable for aspiring new managers under the Modern Apprenticeship Scheme.
At Level 3 you would be expected to have responsibility for managing resources, providing leadership of a team, allocating work to others and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
At Level 4 you would be expected to have responsibility for developing and implementing operational plans, allocating work to others, managing business processes and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
Entry Requirements
You must be working as a manager and have the agreement of your employer.
