Course Overview

Digital Editing has transformed the processes of video production.  Aimed at the beginner and intermediate student, this course introduces the fundamental techniques of editing.

Using Adobe Premier Pro, the course covers the processes and techniques used in a variety of digial video editing programmes. 

Course Content

By the end of the course students will know how to caputre footage, edit it, put sounds and pictures together and how to apply special effects and short transitions.  Students work through a series of exercises to develop these skills, eventually enabling them to put together a short individual project.
