Course Overview
APPLY NOWThis course provides a basic understanding of Scots law, which will equip students for employment where knowledge of law and legal procedures is relevant. It also develops competence in a variety of specialised legal areas, as well as providing an entry route to degree level programmes.
Entry Requirements
2 Highers (one of which should be English). You may also be asked to submit a piece of written work which should show competence at SCQF at level 7.
Mature students with relevant experience or other qualifications will also be considered.
What can I do Next?
As Napier University no longer offers the 1st year of the BA Law programme, students who successfully complete the HNC will be accepted into the 2nd year of this degree. Completion of the HND is expected to enable access to the 3rd year BA Law. Alternatively students can gain employment as a trainee.
Fees
£1,285 - UK/EU students if not eligible for funding.
