This course provides you with the knowledge and understanding of managing people within a variety of human resource structures. The course content includes: The Role of Human Resource Management in Business; Employment Relations - Law and Practice; Using IT in Business; Recruitment, Selection and Induction; Learning & Development and Continuous Professional Development.
Applicants for this course will be required to undertake an interview subject to their application being accepted.
Entry Requirements
Entry is based on experience and/or qualifications which will be discussed at interview. You should be employed in personnel, an HR role or considering a career in this area. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite an advantage.
