Summer School 2012 will run from 2 July-17 August, with start dates available on 2 July, 16 July and 30 July. Students can study a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 7 weeks.

The Summer School offers students:

  • Qualified, experienced and enthusiastic teachers
  • Excellent facilities and services
  • Small class sizes (maximum 14 students)
  • Library and computer room access
  • All English levels, from elementary to advanced
  • Edinburgh cultural festivals every summer.

Our summer courses during July and August offer varied, interesting and challenging English programmes in a friendly environment. You can choose between our two core programmes:

1. General English (20 hours per week), or 2. Intensive English (24 hours per week)

Students studying our Intensive English programme combine the General English course with either English and Culture or Examination Preparation.

Students on all courses can also choose to join our social programme.

You can book a combination of courses to ensure that your time spent studying at SCE is as productive and enjoyable as you wish.

We also invite you to join us on the SCE International Summer School Facebook page.  Here you can learn more about  Summer School from former and current students,  share photos, questions and experiences and make new friends.
