This programme is for students who wish to become more confident in using local leisure and recreational facilities. Students will learn how to plan, organise and take part in activities unsupervised in a safe manner and as part of a small group. There will be an opportunity to learn how to use sport centre equipment safely and appropriately and learn the basics of selected team sports. Students will be expected to take part in a leisure activity each week in their own time.

Entry Requirements

Suitable for confident and competent self-travellers, who are prepared to participate in chosen activities in their own time on a regular basis and act responsibly around College.
