WEACT is our community-based employability organisation offering a range of services to clients across Edinburgh. Areas we serve include the west, south west, city centre, south central, Pentland and south Edinburgh areas.
WEACT offers employability provision to clients from our main office on Sighthill Road, as well as from many satellite outreach offices throughout the city. We work in close partnership with local agencies, organisations, employers and colleges to ensure clients receive an excellent standard of service.
We help clients to gain confidence and self belief, working with clients to complete assessments and action plans to ensure they can reach their goals and gain meaningful and sustained employment, education or training.
