Stevenson has launched an information service using text alerts to help students with additional needs or mobility issues.
This service will inform students, College staff and external support agencies about estates issues that may affect access to College or getting about whilst in the building. For example:
- Temporary or permanent changes to access to the College i.e. building/maintenance work which may impact on people who use wheelchairs, have mobility issues, or are visually impaired.
- Temporary or permanent changes to accessible toilet facilities and Care rooms.
- Changes to policies regarding Health and Safety.
- Changes to disabled parking arrangements.
Register to Receive Text Alterts
Students have to register to receive these alerts by text message. This is an information service only so please do not use this service to text lecturers about any other matters.
