Stevenson College Edinburgh has long appreciated the value that participation in European cooperation projects brings to the learning experience. The College wants to build on the experience gained to date, enhance that by continued involvement with our existing European partners and increase our shared understanding by working with new partners in joint programme development and delivery. Our objectives are:
- To introduce and exchange best practice in pedagogy with our European colleagues
- To access the best possible learning experience for our students by exposing them to other cultures
- To encourage a range of placement or exchange of students to increase their life experience, thus enhancing confidence, self esteem and adaptability
- To embed a European perspective in curricular life
- To share our experience of good practice in working with unemployed, disadvantaged or excluded groups
